Law on Protection of Personal Data

INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We take great care to ensure the security of your personal information that you transmit to us both by using our website and in other ways. The Kanunu Law on the Protection of Personal Data ”no. 6698 has come into force. We would like to inform you about the aforementioned legislation and a number of definitions specified in this legislation:

Personal data: Any information relating to an identifiable or identifiable natural person,

Processing of personal data: The acquisition, storage, storage, storage, modification, reorganization, transfer, acquisition, acquisition of personal data of all data, whether fully or partially automated or as part of any data recording system, any processing performed on data such as classification or prevention of its use,

Data recording system: The recording system in which personal data is structured and processed according to certain criteria,

Data officer: refers to a natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. 

1. Protection of Personal Data and Purpose of Consent Text and Data Responsible Position of Our Company:

Our website has the title of veri Data Responsible kapsamında within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kanun Law ”) in terms of personal data related to customers, and hereby informing the customers about personal data processing activities carried out by our shopping site in accordance with this Personal Data Protection and Consent Text and it is aimed to obtain their express consent for the cases specified in Article 3 below.

3. Personal Data to be processed in accordance with the express consent of the customers and their processing purposes:

For the following cases in which the personal data processing conditions stated in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, it is necessary to obtain the express consent of the customers in order to process the personal data by our Shopping website.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

(v) requesting correction of personal data in the event of incomplete or incorrect processing; (c) requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event of a failure, and informing the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (vii) analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and (viii) to demand damages in the event of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Requests for the exercise of such rights may be forwarded by our Shopping Site to the personal data owners by the methods specified in the Law No. 6698. Our shopping site will evaluate these demands and finalize within 30 days.

Regarding the issues on this form, changes may be made in line with legal and technological developments.
